nice cust. waiting area. bathrooms clean and nearby , coffee was hot watched fox news while waiting only bad thing was floor matts had oil from workers shoes,they forgot to put papers down.....smelled like trany. oil..........

1st maintance visit to Wilcox

Dropped off my truck for maintance and was told it would take about an hour and a half so went to the store and shopped, came back in an hour an 15min and my truck was sitting there washed waiting for me ready to go. Walked in got my keys and went home. It was great!

impala trouble

This is the 4th or 5th time to the dealership for this problem. I don't feel that I have been listened to in the past but this is the same response to the same problem that keeps coming back.

Great service. Clean Facilities. Very helpful.

Everyone is very friendly, polite and helpful. It is a pleasure going there. Not at all like the other Chevy Dealership I had to go to in Hibbing.

A service representative wasn't quite available to assist me when I walked in, so at least someone acknowledged the fact that I was standing there and said to me, "Someone should be with you in a minute."

Quick Service while Keeping Me Informed

I had expected to need a rental car since I was having three things done to my car. Instead, they were able to get my car in right away and have all the jobs completed in very quickly. They kept me informed of their progress throughout the service appointment; and even offered a free car wash! There were delicious, free donuts in the waiting area which was a welcome treat since my daughter and I had not had breakfast. All in all, a very positive experience!
