Brought my 2013 Impala in for a recall on the ignition, check engine light on again (flashing this time) and an oil change with synthetic oil

Great service

We really think Tom did a great job. He was knowledgeable on the vehicles. Everyone else we talked to did a fine job at making us comfortable.

Helpful

Joseph was very helpful in locating the right Cadillac for my wife, and Rock was very helpful getting a difficult prior situation worked out so we could get into a new vehicle that worked for us. The folks at Wilcox were very professional, and pleasant to deal with. I will go back to Wilcox again in the future.

Great people to deal with.

The sales person Clem was a great guy. Went over the entire vehicle history and features with my wife and I. He got all the previous owners service records from the day it was purchased new. He's still in contact with us and we're extremely happy with our purchase and dealing with them. It took quite a while to get the paperwork and the payment all finished but the final line is the purchase was as pleasant as could possibly be. Since they have the GM dealership, as well as the Chry. Ply. dealership, when I start shopping for my wife's vehicle she wants we will shop very seriously with Wilcox before anywhere else even though it's near 100 miles to the location from home. Super people!!!

great people to work with

we came in knowing what we wanted the salesman was able to give us info on a certain type of vehicle which helped us make a better decision and we change which vehicle we purchased. Appreciate the honesty.

Great dealer....Terrible factory computer "recall"

First oil change on my new Corvette. Also downloaded a service recall which had a side affect of significantly reducing the cars performance. Not Wilcox Chev fault and they are working with GM to resolve the problem. Have been a GM customer for 40 years and have never had anything like this happen before. Hopefull that the problem can be corrected soon.
