I had an excellent experience buying my Lexus. Adrian Cristea and Frank Justin were a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend them. I recently purchased a Maserati from Wilde and the experience was not good. The sales man and the sales manager were difficult to work with and did not follow up on any requests. I would love the opportunity to tell my story with someone that overseas the Maserati dealership as it was totally unacceptable. The only bright spot was Maserati service. They have been great.

Our salesperson, Chez, had excellent product knowledge and was great to work with. We planned on purchasing this car from another dealer and wound up purchasing it from Wilde because of the excellent service we received from Chez.

From the first visit to this dealership, I was greeted with with professionalism. Throughout the entire purchase and re-visit for extended warranty work, I was thoroughly impressed with the patience (after my many, many quesitons), and knowledge of each detail about the vehicle I purchased.

All the employees that I encountered were cheerful, and I met 3, who had at least seven years experience in working there, a sign that they are well treated and that they appreciate their jobs, or they would be gone. Noah had several opportunities to say negative things about a competing dealership, but remained positive and focused on what he and his manager could do to arrive at the mutually agreed upon price. The dealership was very clean, offered snacks in periods where paperwork had to be done, and of course, the cars themselves have the reputation for dependability. The dealership had five possible cars that fit my criteria, and Noah was thorough in going over each of the five. He was not defensive or pushy. He actually listened to what I said, without "sound bites" of what he wanted to say. He wasn't irritated at any point, and even stayed a little late to help me understand the basics before I drove away in my beautiful new car. He introduced me to the woman in service who would be helping me, gave me an actual tour of the place. Very different from my previous car-purchasing experience. Good for them! Maybe they could have seminars for other American businesses such as Comcast!

I LOVE my new Lexus. Years ago I had a Lexus and I missed the comfortable great ride! I am happy to be back driving a Lexus sedan. It is amazing. The ride is quite and the car feels like it hugs the road. Our salesman was awesome and a complete joy to work with. I would recommend both the Lexus brand and the Wilde Lexus dealorship.
