I live 155 miles away from Wilde Automotive of Sarasota, on the opposite coast of Florida, and was preparing to rent a car to make the trip to see if a 2011 G37 lived up to its web images and description over the phone as provided by Patrick Chartrand, the Internet salesman. I was unexpectedly and pleasantly surprised by Patrick, who offered to have a driver pick me up, with no strings attached. Patrick, the gentleman in financing, and my driver were all very courteous, easy going, and efficient. After scrutinizing the G37 inside and out, and a test drive, the car met my high expectations. I purchased it at a fair price and was back home seven hours after having left. On a five star scale, this was a five star experience.

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Wilde Lexus and are very satisfied with the service. I would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle there.

Ok. This is the 3rd time I tried to write this review. This site is not user friendly. But David keyso asked me if I would write a review. I said after a great experience like I had. Yes. David was great! He took the time to go through the car and show me everything. I wish all dealers were as up front as David was to me. Thanks.

what a great experience, facility, salesman, coffee and bagels, location, and last but not least the Lexus. the salesman made it very comfortable for us, very knowledgeable, not pushy, and very reassuring, working with us to create the deal. With this experience, I do believe we will be a Lexus family a very long time.

Came in to look a replacement vehicle for my 2005 GX 470 and was shown a great 2007 model. Alex was very attentive to all of my needs and answered all of my questions. I got a great price on both the newer vehicle and a trade in. Overall a very pleasant experience!

At Lexus, and specifically due to Kenny's professionalism and ability to show me a car based on what was most important to me, I felt comfortable purchasing a new Lexus from him. Excellent experience. I spoke to Patrick the day before my LX570 purchase for the first time. He was very helpful and very upfront. The next day i walked in the dealership. The car was just as described. 1 hour and 30 minutes later i was driving home with my new car. The whole team from Patrick, to Bill who showed every button in this new car, to Robert who helped me with the financing and all the paper work. Excellent team. The way selling a car should be.

Patrick Chartrand is an experienced and knowledgeable sales manager who made our entire shopping and purchasing experience positive and satisfying. He was thorough with all of the communication as we selected a vehicle and has continued to follow-up following our purchase. We feel welcomed to call him for additional information or with any questions. His professional handling of the entire selection and purchasing processes gave us great confidence in our selection. Once again Lexus has come through and proven to be the best dealership in Sarasota! This is my 7th Lexus purchase and I just keep coming. This time (for some unknown reason) I took a close look at alternate dealerships and comparable cars as I wanted to make sure that I could find the best car and the best deal. After taking a look at Mercedes and Infiniti, I reached out to my man Kenny Clark to see if he could work his magic although this time I really was unsure as I was looking for the 2014 GS and I thought it would be a little out of reach.....but as usual, Kenny and his sales manager Chuck looked out for me and now I am driving my GS! Not sure why I doubted because I have always been very happy with Lexus but no more doubting allowed for me! Without question, my rating is a 10 out of 10.
