He told us he would help us find the car that worked for our payment schedule and we would go home with the car that same day.We left with our Fantastic Jeep Patriot and are very happy with it. I am sending my sister to talk to Reid about her getting a new car later this month.

I thought the process went very well. I believe I got a fair price for the vehicle. I wish I would have been more educated on the extended maintenance contract. The finance guy made no indication that most insurance companies offer Gap insurance. If I would have known this I most likely would not have purchased it. This had nothing to do with my experience with the Representative.
