Friendly and attentive team. New dealer facility very impressive. Salesperson not "pushy", inside staff professional, good inventory, good location ,service and parts people very attentive and professional.

Craig was very helpful and made the experience enjoyable. He was fair and honest and we felt we recieved an excellent deal. Craig also gave us a fair value for our trade in and we could not be happier.

Ski was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He did his best to give me the best deal possible. He worked on getting me a good trade-in price and a great interest rate. I recommend doing business with him.

Craig and the team were terrific in getting us quickly...

Craig and the team were terrific in getting us quickly through the selection, purchase and paperwork process. They really listened and rounded up the resources to help move us out as quick as needed and yet worked out a very reasonable deal to our mutual benefit. It was a perfect "power shop" experience. Craig treated us like friends in sharing some of his personal experiences and being forthright and honest in his approach. We enjoyed having him support us in our buy decision. Shout out to your head porter as well...forget his name, but he took special care in touching up a few of the rough spots o the car exterior paint as it was sitting in the lot for sometime. He was very approachable and ave us great recommendations on taking care of the paint.

I had a great shopping experience at this Dealership. Chris took his time and explained all the features of the cars I was interested in. He did not rush me in my decision. I also want to mention Dan Voltz, he made finishing the paper work a breeze. They were both very pleasant and I would recommend this dealership!

My boyfriend and I went to many different car dealerships and were not treated well at most of the places we visited. I guese most dealers these days think younger couples cannot afford to buy a new car but that is not the case with us.When we walked into Naperville Chrysler Dodge Jeep we were very happy with the way Reid worked with us as after we told him we were looking for a car for a while and really was tired of the whole process. He told us he would help us find the car that worked for our payment schedule and we would go home with the car that same day.We left with our Fantastic Jeep Patriot and are very happy with it. I am sending my sister to talk to Reid about her getting a new car later this month.

I thought the process went very well. I believe I got a fair price for the vehicle. I wish I would have been more educated on the extended maintenance contract. The finance guy made no indication that most insurance companies offer Gap insurance. If I would have known this I most likely would not have purchased it. This had nothing to do with my experience with the Representative.
