Craig was a very knowledgeable sales person. We bonded almost immediately, my family and I with Craig. His professionalism was superb and his pleasant manner was refreshing.. He showed us several vehicles that we may be interested and we told him our price range. When we made our decision he did everything he could to help us keep in our budget. It was an overall great shopping experience. The paper work all went smoothly and we had a brand newly wash Jeep ready to drive away in no time. I would strongly recommend this dealership and Craig as a sales person.. Thank you, Valli Ross

We were in a hurry to buy a car since our old one died....

We were in a hurry to buy a car since our old one died. It was in for service at Naperville CJD and it wasn't worth fixing, so we traded it in right there. Tom was very helpful, yet not "pushy", in getting us into our new car and made the trade-in and purchasing easy. The business manager got us out the door quickly, and we were on our way. Everyone did a great job and we are very happy.

This is why I gave this rating: I found Ski to be very and willing to listen to and understand my issues. He corrected the problems I had with a different salesman when I first stoped and ask to look at a Chrysler 200 Limited and he told me you didn't have any! Fortunetly I gave your dealership one more try and Ski was able to find the vehicle I was looking for and correct problems created by my previous visit.
