He was awesome at explaining everything on what I needed to know. Very knowledgeable on all the vehicles. Highly recommended. Had an answer for every question and was down to earth. Would definitely buy another car here from him.

I was very pleased with Chris and how he went above and...

I was very pleased with Chris and how he went above and beyond to find my wife the perfect suv, he helped with making sure the carseats fit before we bought it. Wonderful experience and when I'm ready to buy my truck he's the first one I'll call.

Chris Olson has provided an OUTSTANDING level of customer...

Chris Olson has provided an OUTSTANDING level of customer service. When I first met him, he seemed sincere and caring. However, I am always a bit leery of the "sales process". Chris not only lived up to what he promised as my sales person, he has far exceeded it. I have never owned a Jeep Wrangler and was unfamiliar with the removal of the hard tops..... he has helped me immensely. He has been EXTREMELY patient teaching me and he is truly interested in my knowing how to remove the panels and the top the proper way so that my family can completely enjoy the Jeep. He truly cares!! It is an amazing concept and I so appreciate what he has done for us. I would not hesitate to buy another car from him. Thanx Chris!!!

Chris was great. He answered all of my questions even when I was trying to stump him. When it was time to talk numbers I didn't think I had time to purchase that day because I had to be to work in two hours he made it happen and I still had time to drive home and show off my new car! Plus he gave me what I wanted for my trade in! I was very happy with the experience and I'll definitely see Chris Olson next time I need a new car!

My experience at this dealership was awful. I had been...

My experience at this dealership was awful. I had been emailing the internet sales person on a listing. I had picked out a 2012 Patriot that had all the options I was looking for and the sales person gave me a price. This was easy, I thought. When my wife and I went in to purchase the sales person took us to a 2011 Patriot with no options and told us that was the vehicle we were quoted. I showed him the emails and the website listing. He then said it was a mistake and tried to sell us a 2012 for $6k more than agreed. We spoke to the Sales Mgr who basically said it was not his problem. He dare us to show him the listing on their website and low and behold they changed it once we complained to the sales person. Long story short, I will never do business with these hacks.

With over 450 vehicles in stock, sometimes we do have an error on our website, but we make it a point to bring it up as soon as it's discovered and correct it. Also, after reviewing our records, I noticed you did inquire about a pre-owned 2011 Patriot as well, which is why it was pulled up for you to see. Our sales managers and consultants all strive for excellence in customer service and go out of their way to attempt to resolve any issues. I'm sorry we could not come to an agreement, but would like to earn your business in the future.

I came into the Naperville Dodge/Jeep dealership unsure...

I came into the Naperville Dodge/Jeep dealership unsure if I wanted to buy at this time. Chris Olsen and Mike Groleau were instrumental in providing excellent, honest and customer-friendly service. Not only were Chris and Mike great to work with, the entire Naperville Dodge staff were very accommodating and took the time (on a Friday night) to explain everything and let me know my available options (vehicle, financing, etc.) in an easy, comfortable setting. I am very excited about my purchase and would highly recommend anyone looking for a new vehicle to stop by and get to know the staff here. These people are by far the best dealership I have ever worked with; and I bought several cars in this area. Thank you Mike, Chris, and the entire Naperville Dodge/Jeep staff; I will be back again and will send my friends! Robert

Just purchased my 3rd Grand Cherokee from Naperville...

Just purchased my 3rd Grand Cherokee from Naperville Jeep. I always do my homework before negotiating price and this dealership has thus far been competitive. Chris Olson has been been knowledgable and helpful, not pushy nor over-stating his products. The Sales Manager Dave Pickell was actually fun to work with. He was a former math teacher and was able to (rather have the patience to) show me counter-intuitive financing options that will save me a bundle. My last Grand Cherokee was rear-ended and I've been pleased with the quality of work and efficiency of their body shop. Service wise, Dominick has always been helpful explaining the service work as well as options. In all I would say this is a very professional group.
