Gulf Chrysler provides their customers with high quality...

Gulf Chrysler provides their customers with high quality service that goes above and beyond any dealership I have ever dealt with. They stand by their word and make things right, no matter what! Their staff is very friendly and non-threatening and their facility is emaculate. Gulf Chrysler is not your stereo-typical high-pressure, untrustworthy kind of dealership. We have not hesitated, on many occasions since purchasing our vehicle, recommending Gulf Chrysler to our friends and family.

My daughter and I purchased a vehicle for my daughter...

My daughter and I purchased a vehicle for my daughter from Gulf Chrysler recently. Holly was our salesperson and Frenchy was the finance manager. They absolutely could not have been more helpful. I have bought nearly a dozen vehicles in my life and this was the smoothest, most hassle-free purchase of all of them. Holly and Frenchy had to work hard to assist us with our trade-in. Not all dealerships are willing or able to do so, but Gulf Chrysler made it happen. Much of our transaction was completed over the telephone before we ever came into the dealership. Holly returned all of my calls prior to the purchase in a very prompt manner and never made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. Our paperwork was ready when we arrived and our purchase was completed in record time. It was a totally hassle-free experience. We will not hesitate to highly recommend Gulf Chrysler to our friends, and you can rest assured that, based on our positive experience with Gulf Chrysler, we will be repeat customers. Thank you, Libby Scrivner Cascaden and Lauren Knaps

I purchased one of the first Plum Crazy Purple Dodge...

I purchased one of the first Plum Crazy Purple Dodge Challenger R/T's outfitted with the Super Track Pack option from this dealership. This is a family run dealership and my experience with this purchase couldn't have gone any better! I wanted to order this car back in December, however no new orders were being taken at that time. Jennifer worked with her husband and brother-in-law (like I said, "family business") to modify an existing Challenger R/T order to my specifications. For those who have ordered cars before, you are familiar with the long lead time associated with the order process, and the wait can be tedious. Jennifer made my anticipation a lot less painful by providing regular updates on my car's build status. In fact, we both learned a lot about the various build codes that change and update as the car goes from concept to reality. The prices we negotiated for both the Challenger and my Dodge Magnum SRT-8 trade vehicle were very fair and made the 2.5 hour drive from my home in Mississippi well worth the trip. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up my new big-boy toy, I was greeted warmly by everyone and I found the entire facility to be first rate. I'm thrilled with my Plum Crazy car and continue to use the services of Gulf Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep in Foley, Alabama for my Factory Accessory purchases. It is nice to see such fine automobiles being sold by people that are of equally exceptional quality!

April 2006: Jeep ran hot and was brought to service...

April 2006: Jeep ran hot and was brought to service dept. All hoses were replaced. June 22, 2006: Jeep ran hot and engine light came on; Jeep returned to service dept. and another appt. scheduled. June 26th: freeze plug replaced. Drove few miles out of dealership, check engine light came back on, oil gauge fluctuated erradically, and there was a grinding noise. Service dept. was called immediately and I was told to bring Jeep in June 30th; after asking, I was told it was fine to keep driving it. June 30th: new oil sensor put in. Drove one mile from dealership and check engine light came back on. Returned to service dept. immediately. Told to bring it back July 3rd. I had service assistant/scheduler check with service manager to make sure it was okay to keep driving and, again, was told it was fine to drive--just not on an out-of-town trip. July 3rd: oil sensor was changed again (in case first one they had put in was faulty). After several hour wait, I was informed this was not the problem after all. Service dept. scheduled another appt. for July 5th and, again, assured me it was alright to keep driving the vehicle. July 5th: service dept. informed me there were chunks of metal in the oil pan and a problem with the cam shaft and oil pump gear drive. They ended up replacing the engine, which took three weeks. My Jeep was in their service dept. five times in 13 days. I had a serious problem that took this service dept. five, maybe six, service visits to find; meanwhile, their continued oversight/misdiagnosis caused my engine to deteriorate to the point it had to be replaced.
