My service advisor, Robbie Lightfoot, is always on the money when servicing my RAM Duallie.....his advice is gold. He knows his job and is attention to detail oriented. I find everyone at this dealership from service, sales, even the receptionist to be efficient and customer oriented. Refreshing.

The reasons why I used the auto repair shop are the
The reasons why I used the auto repair shop are the following: number one, a flat tire, number two, the screen stopped working, number three, unconnected box problem, they called me to tell me that they could not fix the broken screen and the antenna because they did not have the spare parts and they had to order them and that they would call me when they had them ready, that they would only repair the tire. but they took 4 days to replace a tire. On the first day, I brought the truck at 8 am and then I called them around 5 pm and they did not even know the reason why the truck was in the shop. I had to call in the afternoon to find out if they had repaired it or not, since they told me that they would repair it that same day. The next day around 5 pm I received the call from the shop to tell me that they could not repair the tire and that I had to buy a new one, but that they had to order the tire and that the tire would arrive the next day. The next day they called me to tell me that the tire had arrived and that they would tell me what time the truck would be ready for me to pick it up. I kept waiting for them to call me back, but they never did. The next day I continued waiting all day for them to call me back, and in the end I had to call them back around 5 pm because they never called me back and told me that the truck was ready to be picked up. So I went to pick up my truck and asked them to give me the damaged tire. Their reaction was surprise because they didn't expect me to take the damaged tire with me. In the end, they did give it to me. The next day, I took the tire to another shop to have it repaired, and they were able to repair it and install it. Now the truck has the tire that was supposed to be damaged and is working without any problems. So now I have a tire that cost me $600 and wasn't necessary!! This is really disappointing.

I came in early the following week and yes, was pleased that Robbie was able to get my A/C working again ..and in no time!! I recently had my oil change at Sandy Sansing Jeep in Foley Alabama location. They utilize a first come first serve approach. While all stalls were full, they had me pull up behind another car, they processed it quick and started servicing mine. While they were changing my oil, they checked all other fluids, tired, and wipers. They did this with precision and swiftness. They had me out quickly and professionallly.
