GREAT SERVICE FROM THOMAS ZARRO
My husband bought a dodge ram from this dealership, we appreciated the service that THOMAS gave in helping find the right truck for us, that we went back the next week and purchased a Cadillac SUV, would recommend this dealership and THOMAS ZARRO to all our family and friends...

Best Experience
Great experience for my wife and I. They were willing to help and not pushy. Thomas Zarro was our salesman. He was polite and professional. He asked what we wanted to do and didn’t try to tell us what we should do. He was very insistent that everything went well with our buying experience. Thanks y’all. Love the Jeeps.

Don’t buy from this dealership
I purchased a Jeep Cherokee from this dealership. I had to schedule service because the passenger floorboard was leaking. Diagnosis was there was a seam that was not sealed. The carpet had mildewed. They used so much chemical cleaning the carpet that I had to ride with the windows down for five days. When I realized the passenger floorboard was still leaking and the carpet had mildewed again I called the service department to schedule a service. I scheduled the service and on the day of I called to check there were no loaner cars. So I waited and rescheduled the service only to be told that they had so many loaners out because of cars breaking down that there were no loaners available. I offered to schedule a week out but was told “the General Manager holds the keys in his office and they don’t know how long it will take for a car to be fixed so they don’t know when the loaners will be returned” I guess you just keep checking until the warranty runs out.

I love the folks at this dealership!
Every salesman I've ever spoken to has been very courteous and fair, no high pressure sales. The service department was very helpful in diagnosing a problem that had been plaguing my '09 Chrysler since I received a sloppy oil change from a different service station near by. Highly recommend these fine folks.

Poor service and attitudes
Purchased 2016 Ram diesel truck new. Had good service and experience with truck for the first 3 months. The truck has been back on numerous occasions since with same complaints of trans slipping, very poor mileage and engine noise with no reasonable explanation ever other than "it's within specs". Make same trips, with truck. Used 50 gallon of fuel in beginning and now used 80+ gallons. Service department calls you liar at door as you arrive and when you comment on the items that sales told when you bought the truck, they just laugh. I owned the biggest independent auto center in Ohio and was an engineer for 25 years. I know that they are wrong and the liars. They act like I'm stupid. Terrible service dept and customer service.

Vehicle purchase
My sales man Mr Paul Walker was excellent and f&i person was really nice also and I know selling to someone in the business is not easy and Mr Walker respected that as for the GM he has NO people skills and does not know how to talk to customers and should be keep far from customer inter action. As far as the glare you gave as I was leaving behind your glass sales desk and couldn't even come and congratulate me on my purchase just because we had words on pricing won't work with me and as far as I'm concerned I will not refer people because of that which is to bad for the outstanding job Mr Walker and F&I did you ruined it sir negative stars as far as I'm concerned and I did not get a survey which I expected after the way you treated me!!!!! I do love the jeep though!!! Johnny Ramsey Retired Navy Chief!!

Standard Setter
When it comes to sales, F & I , service this dealership sets the bar for other dealerships to follow. Holly , Frenchy go out of their way to ensure your satisfied and the sale is complete. Our family has purchased 4 vehicles from this dealership and recommend you give Holly the opportunity to earn your business. They recognize USAA pricing and will match that price. Again I encourage you to see this dealership you won't regret it.

Bad Experience from sales staff
Went to Gulf Chrysler to look at a truck that I had found online. Called and got a salesmen who confirmed the truck was still on the lot and sent me pictures. Agreed to head to the dealership the next day and that I would give a heads up before I head out there. Get to the dealership and the salesmen I originally was working with had a customer so I was pushed off to someone else, that's okay. Checked out the truck and took it for a drive. Found a few minor things wrong that I would want taken care of but nothing crazy. The salesmen was not very knowledgeable. Went back inside and gave my information for my trade and was told they'll get me some numbers. This is when Paul Bishop came over to me with the numbers for the deal. I was dealing with Paul Bishop for under a minute before he turned extremely disrespectful to me. He presents numbers to me, I tell him it won't work, and he breaks into some story about how he is going to help me. I try to stop him and he overrides me and tells me not to interrupt him. When this happens I immediately turn to leave the dealership except I can't because they have the key to my trade. So I turn around, slightly annoyed, and tell him to give me my key. He begins to yell at me that he won't be talked to that way and that I can take my business somewhere. Very unprofessional and does not care about customers at all. Makes this dealership look very bad.
