I've been a customer for over 15 years your service has been excellent I've always come there for the free oil change but since since you have stopped this process I guess I will be going to a dealership closer to where I live.

Disappointed the dealership went back on its word.
Disappointed the dealership went back on its word. I bought my jeep here years ago and part of the deal/contract was they would do oil changes for free on it forever. Now, they decided to start charging without even notifying until I was already there for a scheduled appointment. However, I noticed while sitting in the waiting room, some customers were still getting their oil changed free. So I am still unclear about the new policy. I won’t go out of my way to come here for car service anymore.
