We came in to look at a used 2020 Sahara listed for sale on your website. After two visits that vehicle was not ready for sale even though it was listed. After much debate we left having signed a lease on our Sahara 4xe.

Dan is amazing and very positive and friendly.
Dan is amazing and very positive and friendly. Larry is passive aggressive and talks down to customers. It caused me a lot of anxiety walking in to the service department. This recent experience was better than the previous, but I feel strongly that I need to report that previous experience since I wasn't given an opportunity to before now.

Delay in getting approval from Chrysler for warranty.
Delay in getting approval from Chrysler for warranty. Was without a vehicle for a full week and no rental available. Failed to get return calls with updates. No one ever answers the phone, voice mail seems ignored. Someone tried to upsell me on a new vehicle but was poorly prepared and was oblivious to what my vehicle was worth. The guy I spoke with was great, but everything else was sub-standard.

Larry was very curt bordering rude.
Larry was very curt bordering rude. I had to call to get any updates on my vehicle. I was told I'd have it on Tuesday and did not end up getting it on Friday. Fortunately Dan stepped in and provided amazing service. He saved the experience for me personally by taking ownership of the issue and going above and beyond to make up for the poor experience prior. Dan is definitely an asset to the Mopar family.

We were interested in a used minivan and scheduled an appointment to test drive it at the Panorama Trail location. We arrived a little early, walking in to blank stares and an empty front desk. I was told to ask for the "VIP appointment" when I walked in, because, LOL, apparently I am a VERY important person at Vision. Well, in actuality, it took several minutes for a shabbily dressed woman to shuffle over and ask what we were looking for. When I told her I have a test drive appointment, she said she would go look into it for me. About 12-15 minutes later, a man sauntered over, shook my hand, ignoring my wife standing next to me, and said "sorry, it was sold and delivered." All I could do was laugh. I drove almost a half hour, taking time away from my family to come to your xxxx-poor dealership to be sat like children for nearly 20 minutes... to be told you sold the vehicle? And you couldn't have texted or called me to tell me this earlier in the day? And as of right now, hours later, the minivan is still listed for sale on cars.com and their dealer website. Utterly laughable! A total low class experience - if you choose to do business with Vision, make sure to wring them for every penny. They are a low class, grubby, inconsiderate, run-of-the-mill used-car salesman job hut. Have fun!
