Jayden greeted me very pleasantly upon my arrival.

Jayden greeted me very pleasantly upon my arrival. He confirmed why I was there and explained the Defrost recall. Explained in more detail what the service personnel had done when he came for me in the waiting room. He answered all my questions. Also he is very neat in his appearance and friendly yet professional. I enjoyed my time spent in your dealership! Jacquelyn

Brought keep in on Tuesday.

Brought keep in on Tuesday. Never got it back till Friday. Delay getting a hose for the gas tank. Had to get them to give me a car to use on Thursday. Jeep was not done when promised

Mark is very easy to talk to , let me know about what was going on with my vehicle twice while I was waiting. Dan who knows me since I bought the car 5 yrs ago . He greeted me and also filled me in on what was going on with my car. They are both an asset to tge company!
