I did not have a good experience, The normal car sales

I did not have a good experience, The normal car sales games, back and forth with the let me talk to my manager, wanting me to sign before I see my contract, I walked in with supplier discount and pre-approval from capital one, but ran my credit through other creditors for no reason trying to increase my payment over what capital one approved me for tried to add Gap and other fees . Overcharged me and ignored discount capital one has paid the dealership now holding on to additional funds not due them. I advise anyone going here if you do look over all your paperwork don't sign anything if you have pre-approval make sure they submit with your reference number they will try to tell you they can't run it to try and get you to finance with there preferred lender to make more money and if they neglect to tell you about the Steve Rayman package and sell you the car watch your paperwork for charges. Everything communicated by text and email didn't happen at all. Be ready to stand your ground if you go here and don't be afraid to walk out I did and they refuse to return the funds they Overcharged me and I have the check request form from the manager.

Attempting to charge 15k for a new engine.

Attempting to charge 15k for a new engine. States he will contact for a correct estimate because it “didn’t sound right” according to agent. Never contacted for weeks. I called back, he answered , had the incorrect email address on file, states he has sent me email with the estimate. So I provided the correct email, and he states I will receive the estimate again in a few minutes. It’s been a few days. This agent does not stand on his word.

They really worked on me getting the car I wanted because of my credit and I ended up in the car wanted and I was very happy. I did come across one problem but they took care of everything right away to make sure I was being taken care of and leaving a happy satisfied customer and I thank you for that.

Whatever you do, do not purchase or trade in your vehicle with this dealership. They will not pay off your old vehicle in a timely manner if at all as I am now paying my second payment on two vehicles because they have not paid off mine and will not return phone calls. Buyer beware stay away read the real reviews

I'm trying to figure out some of these charges, for a 2018 base model Traverse my oil change/tire rotation was $170.12. That seems a bit high considering I have a 2016 Toyota Sequoia that I just had the same services done at Marietta Toyota and it cost me $123.26 for a V8 full-size SUV. I called John Thornton Chevy and the same services are $89.95/plus tax. What "shop supplies" for $15.70 am I being charged for and if they were not all used can I have the remainder? Also, there's a $33.95 cleaner fee, what is this, my car wasn't washed or vacuumed?? I could see a $200 oil change/tire rotation if this was a Porsche but on a Chevy Traverse this is outrageous, I'll be taking my business to John Thornton Chevy being its roughly $80 cheaper

Spoke to Thomas and he explained the charges and made a correction on a mischarge, appreciate the follow up and no ill will. I'll be back in a few months when its time for my service on my car.
