Great Service at Brown's!
Great service. Excellent value for the cost. I don't go anywhere else with my Chrysler 300C. Work is done on time and the estimates are always accurate. If you have to wait as opposed to dropping off, the lounge area is clean and comfortable.

Outstanding Experience
The entire process from start to finish was pleasant. I was approached by Thierry (sales rep), after the test drive and upon commencement of the negotiation process, I was introduced to Mohmamad (sales manager). The negotiation process was very straight forward, and Mohamad went out of his way to be transparent, which I greatly appreciated. Jesse (finance manager) was very pleasant to deal with, explained the process in plain terms and I was in and out in 10 minutes, no pushy sales approaches. Excellent overall experience, very professional staff, in a beautiful dealership setting. Keep up the great job!

During my last visit, Nabil Misaghi, the Asst. Service Manager was pleasant, friendly, and communicated the services to be performed on my Jeep clearly. I also appreciated the discounts he applied. Both drivers that took me home and picked me up where very friendly. Roberto and Jose, respectively.
