Professional, friendly, and organized experience!

Audrey was wonderful to work with and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at buying. She was also very understanding of my 3 year old and 1 year old that were with us. Shaq and Justin made the finishing touches of the paperwork easy. One important note, if there were not TVs in the main showroom with the Alabama vs Miss State game on this car would not have been sold this day. It was easy to watch the game while the car was being cleaned up and the the paperwork being finalized. They were a great team and this was the easiest and best car buying experience i have ever been through. We will be repeat customers and Actually look forward to it.

Experience of purchasing new Car,

Every thing from our Salesman, Mick Ouellette to the financing part of the deal and everything else was superb. Top Class, A -1. The only thing I that I would complain about and it has happened everytime I have purchased a car within the last ten years and that is the spending all day getting the deal consummated . I am not sure how you would need to handle this problem but it might be that you take two days to handle it and not try to cram it all in in one day. Just a thought. Great customer service.Very patient and accommodating. Nice to be serviced by a celebrity look-alike, lol. Walked us through setting up everything. Always researched an answer he didn't have.

Great Customer-Oriented Dealership!!

I live in Mobile Co., but found a 2012 Buick Enclave on the Internet that had everything on it I needed in a SUV at a great price at Classic in Montgomery (215 miles from my home) With 3 new grandbabies on the way, the Enclave Premium was the perfect vehicle for us. I sent a request to the Classic website requesting info on the SUV, and I received a quick and informative email response from Shaquita. A couple of days later, my husband test drove the SUV on his way home from Atlanta. He said the SUV was exactly what I had been looking for. And the very next day, I made a trip to Montgomery to buy my Enclave!!! Working with Justin and Krystle was a great experience. They were both very helpful and answered all of my questions and concerns. Allison in the finance dept also did a great job. My sister and I really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere at Classic. This dealership definitely has exceptional customer service!! The overall experience at Classic Montgomery was worth the 430 miles (round trip) I drove that day!! I love my new used Enclave , and so do my 5 - soon to be 8 - Grandbabies! Thanks Classic!!

Bad experience

I came in to look at one of your pre-owned cars, I was greeted by Josh with professionalism,we could not come to an agreement on my trade in which was fine. As we were trying to make a decision we were introduced to Andrew Harper, he is the rudest person I have ever met, I accepted the fact that we could not come to an agreement but he kept putting down my trade. I had also come prepared to buy the car with out trading, but after talking to him I decided not to purchase from this dealership. After driving 250 miles that was the worst experience I've ever had at any car dealership.

Mick Ouellette & Entire Staff

I knew what car I wanted as soon as I stepped on the lot. Mick greeted us with a Roll Tide! After I drove it, I knew that it was the car. Mick was great to work with and Alison in finance actually listened to me and didn't push to sell me anything I did not want. They stand by their word and really go above and beyond to make sure every customer is satisfied. I am so happy that I bought my car, not only from an Alabama fan, but from Classic! Great service! Thank you all so very much for being so honest!

Trust worthy experience

Gerald Carroll helped me with my purchase and was quick to answer all of my questions thoroughly. He exhibited complete knowledge of the GMC vehicles and the used vehicles we looked at. Gerald explained everything about the purchase and especially the documents I have to sign. I felt comfortable working with him and look forward to my next purchase.

CADILLAC QUEEN

Hi, my name is Dana Fulton. I purchased a Cadillac from this dealership. I love my car. Thomas Jackson was so helpful and kind to me. I was treated like royalty. Every question or concern was addressed to my satisfaction. Even the small things count, and Thomas made sure I knew them. I also appreciate Saadiq Shakur for being so helpful.
