Took 3 hrs start to finish, way to long. They made me take a loan on the car that I didn't need in order to get the price I was willing to pay. Signed paperwork for half an hr, didn't really know what I was signing, should have brought my lawer

Comfortable place to have car maintenance performed. My only complaint is that I "needed" an air and cabin filter at 8,000 miles....but I wasn't shown it to make an educated decision.
