Communication between staff members needs improvement. Asked for a specific task to be performed during oil change. This was not communicated between staff so was not done. It was a simple request. .

I am so glad that I purchased my Kia from Kia of Port Charlotte. Everything from the sale to service is top notch. I like that there are many areas where we can wait for our car to be serviced. I enjoy the free coffee and snacks but most of all, I think that the service personnel make it outstanding, Steven is efficient, friendly and professional, it’s very remarkable.
