Kia of Port Charlotte was great!

Kia of Port Charlotte was great! Even tho I didn't purchase a Kia, but a Ford F250. The staff was great. Especially our Salesperson Patrick Early and Fiance person ( I'm completely spacing on her Name) she is from Miami and has a Marvel superwoman office chair, which I thought was awesome! Truly felt no pressure at all to buy a vehicle that day, and loved how transparent and straight forward they both were during the buying process.

Kia of port Charlotte has been the greatest experience

Kia of port Charlotte has been the greatest experience our family has had with any dealership. No matter the problem they are right there to help us fix it. Frank has sold us two of our cars and we will never work with anyone other than him he is amazing at his job and we absolutely love him.

Took my car in on a Friday and left it for them to fix my

Took my car in on a Friday and left it for them to fix my headlight’s going out while driving. On Monday I called the dealership to see what they had found if anything. Spoke to the phone representative over the phone couldn’t get to speak Mike my service representative. So called back on the next Friday to tell him I was taking it somewhere else to get it fixed. The car was there over a week with no contact from the dealership or Mike the service representative to let me know what they were doing to fix the problem. When I did speak to Mike he said he was sorry but they found nothing and would have the car washed and ready for me to pick up at 1pm. Well when I arrived the car was not washed but took it home after them having the car for a week and not contacting me for any information on what was being done to fix the problem.

Staff was very professional.

Everyone @Kia is respectful.

Everyone @Kia is respectful. Kind. And professional. I was a bit taken back that I received multiple reasons for having to bring it back in to service. I was initially told that there was a communication problem with the Kia based computers and nothing was recorded. Upon dropping it off I was then told there were 2 recalls that were not addressed due to waiting for parts to be shipped. I had no communication or knowledge of this until I dropped it off also the first statement that it had to be checked and re entered for prof of recall adjustment could not be verified. Yes I really didn’t appreciate the inaccuracy of the Dyaus of my vehicle and the seeming run around. Again I do have appreciation for pleasant and hard working employees Thank you
