Comfortable trusting feeling of confidence. At last visit though I was neglected to be contacted in person after requested service. Finally after a 2 snd one half hour wait, went to desk and saw car waiting in line for me.

I bought a new Telluride from Frank Salamone, he was pleasant, no hard sale as well as the whole crew including finance. One of the easiest transactions I've had in the car buying realm. The Dealership showroom and lot were spectacular. This is the place to go.

My experience was not very good. It is not easy for me to get up to your facility and having these new problems since my oil change makes me wish I hadn't gone there.

I have been told something different every time I'm

I have been told something different every time I'm there. They were supposed to call before doing work on my vehicle and did not. I was doing an oil consumption test and returned with the vehicle and was told no one told me that and wanted to charge me for the oil it was down. Consumption test over and still leaking oil. Had the top clean done for $400. Oil change for $106 and was trying the oil consumption. Still leaking oil terribly. Can't drive it to people's houses. Will leave oil in their driveway. Poor communication.
