Service center used to be phenomenal but now it is not.

Service center used to be phenomenal but now it is not. Not attentive, had to wait 2 hours for my vehicle, no one walked me to my car to check it out. Paper to cover floor mat and plastic to cover seat still in car and car was not cleaned as it has previously been done. There actually was actually some type of fluid on my windshield.

Had an appt.

Had an appt. 2 1/2 hrs.later. only thing done was a diagnostic check with a $167.00 bill. Tried to sell me services that was not needed. I asked for an itemized bill of the things that they said I needed. Didn't receive one. I wanted to know the amount that I needed to save up for. My car was not washed like they are supposed to do. Will not go back. Will buy another Kia. But not from this establishment. Paid cash for my car. I am not just a number. Does not take that long to run a diagnostic check. Especially when you have an appt.

Overall experience was terrible.

Overall experience was terrible. I had an appointment and it still took over 3 hours!! Just for them to tell me that it was going to cost me over 400$$ to fix the car I've had less than 1 year! Will not buy Kia ever again

The service was great but I didn’t get the car wash. The service attendant said she would send it back but I didn’t have time to wait.

Took 2 1/2 hrs not 1.

Took 2 1/2 hrs not 1.hr like I was told for oil change. I dont think tires were rotatd, as stated they would be. . no windshield solvent added. , car smelled of gas inside when I left. Weak vacum on floors in front. Car runs like new, everyone was friendly.

Service advisor Rachael Goal is great.

Service advisor Rachael Goal is great. Everything about dealership is wonderful except the service manager Rich. He called me a liar and was arrogant and rude. Certainly not a people person. Too bad because sales and service is excellent I have purchased 15 Kia’s through the years and this guy has put a bad taste in my mouth

Tim was amazing!

Tim was amazing! He is very knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions. He and his team even went above and beyond by staying past closing to make sure I was able to drive home that night in my new Sportage! This is my 4th car purchased from Kia of Port Charlotte, there is a reason I keep returning!
