Service was performed while I was busy doing something

Service was performed while I was busy doing something else with my time. Tech called me when car was ready. Price was higher than I expected for an oil change.

Was never called when vehicle ready.

Was never called when vehicle ready. When i came to get vehicle, service adviser was not notified that i was in waiting area, prolonging my wait. Vehicle was not cleaned after service.
