Just had my 2006 Acura MDX repaired after a sparkplug

Just had my 2006 Acura MDX repaired after a sparkplug incident and it was about half the estimate I received by another repair shop. David Brousseau did a wonderful job of coordinating the whole repair job. THANK YOU DAVID.

The staff here at Elk Grove Acura always make me feel

The staff here at Elk Grove Acura always make me feel like family every time I walk into the dealership. They are super friendly and always honest, which isn’t so common to find these days. The facility is always well maintained and very clean. The complimentary shuttle service is a huge plus as well.

Didn’t feel satisfied with service asked if other things that are wrong with my car to be checked out and I didn’t get that customer service is horrible also no coupons for services asked plenty of times very disappointed.
