Lots of scheduling confusion, disjointed internal

Lots of scheduling confusion, disjointed internal communication,and understaffing turned a 1 day repair into 4 days. All because they failed to fix it right the first time. Service Rep did his best but it was still a disappointing experience. I'll stick with my independent mechanic when possible.
