Good place to look for a car if you can afford a payment. They helped me and followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Good guys. Daniel Thombs is a xxxx of a good sales man very patient. And James McElory is also a good guy very patient as well I gave him a hard time and he was still helpful til the very end of the paperwork process. Overall I say they are on top of the game at the location in Gastonia. Thumbs up

Gastonia Dealership had a low miles Mercedes GLC 43 AMG on their website that I was interested in purchasing. I called the dealership and Mike Gomes picked up my phone call. Immediately he stated he would need to confirm the vehicle was still available and would call me back. He called back a few minutes, I appreciated that as most people would call back days later or just not call back at all. Throughout the process Mike was diligent, caring and thorough. I eventually made the decision to purchase this vehicle not only because the price was right but because of Mike G. He made sure my time was used wisely and provided guidance each step of the way. I then transitioned to James McElroy and he was hilarious and also made the process easy. He explained my loan terms and my next steps so that I had no surprises. It is always a great experience buying a new vehicle from Danny Craig at the Gastonia Chrysler dealership. He is very knowledgeable about the cars and always works hard to get you the best deal. He does not waste your time and makes the deal happen quickly. You could not ask for a better salesperson and I will always buy from him. James McElroy worked hard to get me the best finance rate and get the deal done quickly. He knows his numbers and makes it a very easy process. Both Danny and Jim stayed several hours past closing to get the deal done that night so we didn’t have to come back the next day. This is our second purchase from Gastonia Chrysler and both were with Salesman Gerald Morrison a true gentleman. We purchased a Chrysler 200 last year for my daughter and we told Gerald then when it came time for my wife to get a new car we would be back. We worked out the deal via emails, car was at another lot and we could have gone there but we wanted to buy from this dealer and this salesperson. He was great in getting the car to their site in Gastonia and well the rest is history. Our sales person, Jon Durham, had only been on the job at the dealership for two weeks when we first met him. His knowledge of the Ram products was extremely good and he was very helpful in finding exactly what we were looking for. He even came in on his day off to help us finalize our deal. Both he and Scott Bryant did a great job in getting us into and out of the dealership in a very short period of time with our new truck.

Rob was very good to work with! He ensured me that he had the Wrangler I was looking for and even went out to take pictures and send a video since it had just arrived! Rob was very friendly and easy to work with and knowledgeable about the vehicles he is selling. He has also stayed in contact after the purchase to make sure there are no issues or questions with the New vehicle.

We had a great experience buying our new Jeep Wrangler. Rob and Danny both helped us and they had great customer service. Neither were pushy and listened to what we wanted. We ended up getting a 2018 wrangler and trading in our old vehicle. The process was very smooth even though you could tell they were very busy. We did have quite a long wait before making it to finance but like I said they were very busy. James was definitely working in overdrive since he was the only one working in finance that day due to unforeseen issues. Once we got in to finance James was very personable and we enjoyed working with him. I would highly recommend coming her when looking for a car! You wont be disjointed.
