Brandon was very helpful

I drove from Rock Hill to purchase my car from Gastonia Crysler. Brandon was very helpful in answering my questions. He even stayed late to help me learn about the different options on my car.

Great experience with purchasing new jeep

Unprofessional

I can back to get a deposit that I left at the dealership to get. Never even dealt with Jason. He decided to get involved. He never introduced himself but when I told him what I was there for he told me I would have to come back in a few days to get my money because 2 people need to sign the check. No one told me that so I wasted a 45 minute ride there and gas. Never was offered an apology or compensation, but i did get a condescending remark stating that "did i think they needed my money to run the dealership" at that point is when they lost me for sure as a customer. Not a nice guy...very pompous. Not a friendly place to purchase a vehicle.

very professional, courteous and informative

The salesman at the dealership ( Kaleb McCaslin) was very informative of the used vehicle I purchased. He also was very courteous of my time and got things done quickly and efficiently. When it came time to go to finance the finance manager(James McEleroy) was also very informative. He helped me understand my options and the different warranties available to me. Overall I was very pleased with my experience at the dealership and will definitely recommend and return when I desire another vehicle

Jeep Liberty Ekectrical Repairs for DMichael

As my Jeep Liberty started to age, I felt comfortable coming to McKinney Jeep Dodge for service. On the most recent visit my issue had something to do with the electrical system, and my night running lights not being able to work. This problem has prevented my Jeep from passing my state emissions inspection. It made me feel better that I could call upon Debbie directly because she had a history with me prior to. Being able to call upon someone you know is a great service. There’s enough stress to go around for everyone these days. You never know if a client is experiencing a tremendous amount of stress at the time they come to JDL. Debbie was very calm and listen to what i had to say, and helped to find the right person to take a look at my car issues. I had to leave my Jeep over night and it was at that moment, I realized It was time to buy another car. Debbie helped me to get my vehicle looked at, of which they did isolate what the electrical issues were. I did not want to invest more into a ten year car. My Jeep is still drivable and I was able to take her home. Debbie is a real asset to your organization she seems to be able to connect with just about anybody. This is the type of person you want to keep and promote because she makes clients feel less stressed and welcomed. D. Michael

Knowledgeable

Danny was very knowledgeable about the Dodge I was buying as well as everyone I talked too. Danny was very friendly and did everything to get at the price I needed. I would recommend anyone to talk to Danny the next time they are looking to buy a car. Great Dealership.

Can Do !

I liked the can attitidue and lets work it out spirit with which they worked to make a deal with me on the Jeep Recon. My position going in was aggressive and I knew it but they did not back away instead they worked it out and I was able to purchase the vehicle I had been looking for for almost a year. They were professional and never tried to tell me why I was wrong (like most dealers) instead they took the time understand and appreciate my position. Brad was great and got me the red seat belts that made the deal. Thanks !

Painless

Austin and Eddie great guys to work with they were very helpful in finding the truck I like never pushy about making a sale. I'm glad I got my tuck from Gastonia Chrysler "no lies" they just work hard to provide you with what you want.

Professional Smart People

At this dealership Austin was able to work on helping get my car prepared. There was a part that needed to be installed on my car, and it was was installed, cleaned, detailed, and tank filled in less than a day ready to go! I was impressed and appreciate Austin for keeping us updated on the cars status periodically.
