Came for a recall had 2 update took 2 hour to get them done This is not the first time I have been there still have a update to go.why does it take so long.

The staff here was very friendly and very helpful. This was our 2nd purchase within 2 weeks. Jimmy Grant was great and had a great sense of humor. When we have brought our new Ram or Pacifica by for a wash he or someone else grabs it and runs it throughout the car wash so we don’t have to wait. Very helpful in helping us get to know how to use the features on our vehicles. The ladies at the front desk were calling my wife by name and very friendly and helpful. Just an overall great experience. We are both loving the new rides!

Mark did an excellent job on very short noticed. He stayed late waiting for us to drive from Raleigh to Gastonia and had the car ready to go upon arrival. He stayed in contact frequently and was on top of all the details.

Good people there and they are sure concerned about making sure things get done right. However, my brand new jeep still keeps going out out of alignment. I'll need to take it in for a third time.
