The service team is great at MB of Sacramento! I came in for the first time to get a Service A on my vehicle and my service advisor (Jack) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this location for all your service needs.

Well taken care of

Great service center !
They fixed my Sprinter van . I was also leaving for a trip and they were able to reschedule my appointment . Mechanic explained what was the problem with the van . Service advisor was honest and did not charge any extra and not needed hours ( like most of the dealerships do ) Overall I am happy with this service center . I bought my Sprinter from them . Service advisor Robert Paris ( no longer works there ) was rude and seemed always mad and not happy and did not care about your car . ( Sorry, I had to tell it here ) Thanks MB of Sacramento for a great work and customer service !

Customer First....No BS
Great customer service. Surely made my transactionI got recommended by friend to John Liu. But after buying the car I figured out that some of the new software was having issue. So, called back John next day. John was on vacation, but even after that took my call, made calls internally to figure out how things can be worked out and called me back to give me update and connect me to Jason (this all while on leave!!!) Jason turned out to be as impressive as John. He made sure the issue was resolved. He made sure that I didn’t have to waist much of my time during transaction. While I had to leave my car, he called me regularly to give me updates on the progress. In all, a great team, focused on serving the client!

Bad customer service.
Had an awful experience this place. From the service advisor to time of repair to waiting for vehicle pickup. Was told 2 days for repair. Then waited over a week to get repair done. Got vehicle back. Was still not deduced. Had to wait another week for repair to get fixed. Service advisor was rude. Not helpful at all. I had to get manager on involved. Finally got it fixed when he was involved. Kind of sad. I had hi hopes for this place based on prior services. Not sure if I'll go back.

Prompt and attentive
On the day of my appointment I got there and was promptly greeted and was ushered into the lobby where there were numerous amenities available. The service advisor beckoned me into his office and all paperwork got done in a jiffy and in no time I was off to work. Excellent job!!

My first bad experience
Just a few weeks after my 100,000 service I get an engine light. Tried to call Mercedes roadside at 2am and got no answer. Finally got my car in three days later. I was told they would need it for a week. Finally got the fix done and had to take a day off work to pick up my car only to get there and find they had killed my battery. This was more than troubling as I was leaving town. At least they let me keep the loaner to go and not worry if my battery would die on me while I was out. I'm glad they fully charged and doubled checked my battery would be fine when I finally got back to get my car. The battery is original and eight years old and still kicking!
