Always my go to place for service
Excellent customer service. Comfy waiting area. I almost always deal with Shawn, and he's fantastic! He always let's me know when possible maintenance is coming up so I'm never surprised at my next service by extra expenses, but isn't pushy about anything which I love. There's a reason why the negative sales stereotype is a car salesman, and there's none of that here! This is definitely the only place I bring my car. 😁

Friendly service!
I honestly am so happy with getting my car from this dealership. To begin with as soon as I entered the building I was greeted and everyone was very friendly. That was a huge plus, since other places not everyone tends to be nice and with a smile. Kai was the one who helped me with my lease and I was beyond amazed by his service. He listened to everything I had to say, and took into account what my concerns were. He made me feel comfortable and I didn’t feel anxious at all either, I haven’t ever felt that comfortable talking with any sales person ever. He made sure I got all my questions answered and that he would take care of any concerns, which he did! I also liked that he showed me all the cool features on my car, that made me feel even more comfortable driving my new car. Overall, I just feel happy that I came here and leased my car with this dealership because it’s hard to find a place where every single person who walks by you has a smile on their face and greets you. I truly liked that I was welcomed here and very very happy with Kai’s help he truly is a great person!

Full Service Oil Change
The VERY PROFESSIONAL Service man was excellent! He is Friendly, Respectful and spent time with me reviewing every point of the inspection and happily answered a myriad of questions I had. I think his name is Thomas Paine? Because that's what is listed on my receipt. He's new and only been at that station for about a week or so. The Oil Change and Multi Point Inspection was great as always, and as expected. The Car Wash service NEEDS HELP! That's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Maybe the car wash person has too many cars to wash and not enough time? I often see many cars lined up to be washed. I always make a special request for them to do a simple brush wipe of my wheels to remove brake dust and it wasn't done! IT HAPPENS EVERY SINGLE TIME!! It literally seems as though there's a policy, "Don't Touch The Wheels, Leave Them As Dirty As Can Be!" I don't expect anything close to perfection from a free car wash, but minimally, the wheels need a simple brush wiping. 5-10 seconds per wheel isn't asking too much. It would make ALL the difference in the world to me! Maybe others feel the same? Overall, Wilson Motors is a 5 star place IMO!! THANK YOU

Excellent Customer Service (Roy)
No one likes buying a car....but my experience with Roy was amazing! He cared about my vehicle needs. He always made sure I was 100% happy...not 99%, but rather 100% satisfaction. I will be bringing my parents in to upgrade their car as well! Thank you Roy!!

Broke my windshield while in for service
Last week I took my Airstream motor home for a recall to be fixed and for a scheduled service maintenance to be preformed. While in the shop, my windshield was broken. I have made numerous attempts to speak to the head of service department. I noticed the damage within 5 minutes of leaving their parking lot and immediately called and was put on hold for 40 minutes. I have yet to actually speak to Joe the service manager, instead have received an email five days after the fact stating they were not taking responsibility for the damage. He stated that his technician said the damage could not be “seen” from inside the motor home, only from outside. Interesting that he would make that comment, because if it was not done there, why would a technician be inside my motor home checking that!! No work needed to be done inside my motor home! I’m contacting Mercedes Benz corporate, the Washington Attorney General on the matter. So unprofessional. Further evidence of guilt is the fact that they won’t return my calls, but a one paragraph email, five days later. If you have nothing to hide, why avoid the customer?

Fantastic service
Daniel took real good care of me. From the time he approached outside the bay door to check out, I felt like a valued customer. He explained what services would be done on the Rav as well as the cost. I told him I was here only a month ago, but put 5550 miles on the vehicle during a trip to Texas and back.

Wonderful service
They immediately fixed the problem causing a scraping sound, a cap dragging, and did a thorough check of axles, brakes, etc. to make sure there was no other cause. It's why we keep taking our Prius back there, and why we will by another when we need to replace it.
