They sold us a truck that was already sold, wasted our time my credit was run and now we have to go somewhere else to find a car my credit most likely will have to be checked again.. We also gave a 5000 dollars deposit, this happened 2 days ago and I had to call back today for them to reimburse me some of the money, since we paid half of it cash and the other half with our debit card. They said they will send the check for 2500 next week. Super unprofessional, can't believe this happened and no one new that truck was already sold...

I purchased the vehicle from the same dealership in 2010. I return to the dealership when I need any significant work done. Fortunately, that has not been very often. Yesterday, I took my vehicle in for 100,000 mile servicing. I previously dealt with service advisor Miguel Guadian. I remembered he was professional and helpful. He has not changed. He was attentive and communicated with me throughout the entire process of service for my vehicle. He is a professional representative for Penske in La Mesa. I will call him when I decide to have the tune up for the vehicle.
