I was a little taken aback that I had to pay for an

I was a little taken aback that I had to pay for an inspection on a brand new truck that I just purchased here in the fall. The service department was great though. Everyone I’ve dealt with are prompt, attentive and friendly.

The Gentleman that helped me at the front desk was

The Gentleman that helped me at the front desk was wonderful. I believe his name was Art. I came in for an inspection and unfortunately, I didn’t pass due to the condition of my tires. Again, Art was wonderful. He personally assisted me in deciding which tires to go for. He was very honest, helpful and I feel that he treated me with respect. Again, I am incredibly satisfied with his customer service. Even after replacing my wheels, the service continued to be amazing, they very quickly re-inspected my vehicle and of course, I have since passed and have had no issues! Thank you Mcfarland Ford!

Great people to deal with. Tyler is a great salesman. Couldn’t get the vehicle I really liked but he found one that I liked and I could get. He never gave up. Thousand thumbs 👍 up
