He was very knowledgeable and patient with us in choosing the right car he wanted to make sure we were happy with the car we purchased. Nico goes far and beyond helping to make the right decision. Bait and switch! Called regarding a vehicle I saw on their website for the past month, tried to discuss purchasing and was told the price on the website is incorrect. I was quoted a much higher price! Had I driven many miles to be swindled, I would have been a very unhappy person! Beware!

Nico Rullo provided the absolute best service I’ve received there to date! I sent my daughter there, as I purchased my vehicle there two years ago. He took care of her from start to finish with the upmost professionalism& he went the extra mile in every way just to make sure her first car purchase was amazing experience! She was in there at 2 PM and was able to drive home same day with the vehicle detailed absolutely immaculate! He made sure every detail was went over and explained thoroughly! I highly recommend Nico Rullo for all of your sales needs!

Was interested in a used Nissan Frontier Pro-4X that was just listed on their website on a Friday. I was literally the 1st view. Right from work I go to the dealer and speak with Tom B the sales manager. He tells me the car is not even on site. I said well I was very interested call me as soon as it gets in. He says Saturday or Monday (which was MLK day) I said ok but asked you will be open on Holiday he said yes. Only call I get was on Saturday to say it will be in on Monday. I said ok I can be there please call me. Monday comes and goes, no call. I am tracking on website and figured it was not even in yet on Monday because there is still just a generic Nissan picture of a pro-4x. Call and leave Tom voicemail and then email to say I am interested please call. Ok Wednesday morning I see they uploaded pictures on site, but still no call. I call Tom on Wednesday afternoon durning my lunch from my Middletown office and Tom tells me it’s in. I said I know but I didn’t hear from you, he says he was off on Tues (sales manager does not forward emails or voicemails to associate on days off, whatever) and with the holiday on Monday ( I am thinking to myself you said you would be open on Monday now I am smelling xx). I said I will be in my Poughkeepsie office the next day. He said it is still available, but he would call me if someone else is interested. Run from my office in Poughkeepsie and get there at 6:07 and Tom just shakes his head and tells me “they sold it 15 minutes prior.” No call, no interest in even asking maybe they can help me with another car, just a head shake. Never going to give them my business.

Purchased the car of my dreams and also my second Nissan. I love this dealership because they do go out of their way to make you happy. I left very satisfied. Would definitely recommend!

Got a good deal on a used Nissan Pathfinder Platinum. Mike Holsborg and his manager made the transaction smooth. They were very accommodating with our requests. They made buying a used car at a dealership very pleasant. We left very happy!

While we didn't actually purchase a car from Nissan, I cannot say enough good things about Mike H (salesman), Mike W (salesman), and John (manager). We test drove a 2024 Pathfinder and was given a very good price (under MSRP if I remember correctly - because it had some miles on it) and was given a very good offer on our trade-in (albeit sight unseen). Mike H and John were not terribly pushy as I told them that I still wanted to see 1 or 2 other cars, and Mike did follow up with us a few days later just to see if we had any questions. The only negative thing that I will say is that he did not come with us for the test drive, which would've been nice to explain some features, but we were able to figure most things out. We still have our 10 year old Nissan that Mike W sold us and love it! I would highly recommend!

John Romano and his sales team were amazing, Isabella Crowe. was my sales woman and she was beyond helpful, she made the whole process so easy. The whole sales team and the finance team were professional, easy to talk to and I truly believe I got the best deal possible. I highly recommend Poughkeepsie to anyone looking to buy a car, This is the second car I purchased from them and I look forward to number three. We were offered coffee and water which was a nice way to start the process.Very impressed with everyone I interacted with. Happy Buyer!!!!
