While we didn't actually purchase a car from Nissan, I cannot say enough good things about Mike H (salesman), Mike W (salesman), and John (manager). We test drove a 2024 Pathfinder and was given a very good price (under MSRP if I remember correctly - because it had some miles on it) and was given a very good offer on our trade-in (albeit sight unseen). Mike H and John were not terribly pushy as I told them that I still wanted to see 1 or 2 other cars, and Mike did follow up with us a few days later just to see if we had any questions. The only negative thing that I will say is that he did not come with us for the test drive, which would've been nice to explain some features, but we were able to figure most things out. We still have our 10 year old Nissan that Mike W sold us and love it! I would highly recommend!

John Romano and his sales team were amazing, Isabella Crowe. was my sales woman and she was beyond helpful, she made the whole process so easy. The whole sales team and the finance team were professional, easy to talk to and I truly believe I got the best deal possible. I highly recommend Poughkeepsie to anyone looking to buy a car, This is the second car I purchased from them and I look forward to number three. We were offered coffee and water which was a nice way to start the process.Very impressed with everyone I interacted with. Happy Buyer!!!!

Poughkeepsie Nissan has been for me (over the years) the place to go for buying a car and having it professionally serviced. The sales people have guided me to the very car that I need and want. The service department keeps that car running so well, that the terrible experiences I've had elsewhere just fade away. Clearly the mechanics are extremely knowledgeable. It doesn't get better than this.

This was a fantastic car buying experience. Jay Bernstein greeted me at the front door and walked me through everything I needed to know about my new car. Joe Adovasio in finance was great as well explaining how the financing works. Both gentlemen were patient with me and my annoying questions. I have used the service department in the past for my other Nissan car (which I traded in) and they have always been professional too. I'm impressed with this dealership.
