Great customer service

Repairs done in a timely manner. They are not pushy and suggest that your car is going to explode if repairs are not made. They are an honest crew.

Was made easy.

Cindy went out of her way to accommodate us. She was polite and listened to our complaints. We were very happy after the car was serviced.

Courtious, Prompt and Friendly

I had a 2006 TL which was serviced at Herb Connolly for all its life until I traded it for 2015 TLX. I am very satisfied with the service Dept. They are prompt, courteous and gave me a loaner when the service required extra time. They explained exactly what is needed to be done and the cost prior to the work.

Expensive

It was recommended that a tire be replaced and that the 4 wheels be realigned. I thought that the price for those services was excessive ($450), so I declined. I had the tire replaced and the front wheels realigned at a local tire center at a cost of $223. The service technician was pleasant and informative. However, I had reservations about the recommendation for brake service (lubrication) given that the 3 year old car had not been driven for 8 of the 36 months (garaged during the winter while on vacation) and had a mileage of only 17,400 miles. I don't recall the need for that type of service while previously driving a Lexus LS for 9 years and a BMW 530 for 6 years. The waiting room was very comfortable with free coffee and work space.

Hello Francis, I forwarded your note on to the Acura service manager to look into. We do recommend services based on the manufacturer specifications for your vehicle's age and mileage. He reports the Michelin 245-50-17 tire is 299.95 and comes with 24 month road hazard plus 20.00 to mount and balance. Alignment 129.95 with a 12/12 warranty. Brake fluid exchange is in your owner’s manual for three year replacement regardless of mileage. Our goal is to ensure that you continue to get the best and safest performance of your vehicle.

Exceptional customer care

When you have spent many hours each week driving you vehicle, it is important to me that I have a reliable vehicle to drive. I took my car to Framingham for regular service including tires rotation and balance. After I received my car back, one of the tire gauges was reading strangely low. Tires were fine. Brought car back to dealership. Although I had to do it twice, problem was resolved and was due to a faulty tire gauge sensor. Sometimes mechanical problem is hard to diagnose, but they did it without charging me ( would be crazy if they did). Persistent works for me.

Great experience

I came for an alignment, it was done quickly as promised, along with complimentary check up and a wash. Starbucks coffee was a nice touch!

Trustworthy service center

Each time I come in for service it is always quick and the service reps are always so nice and helpful. I question when they suggest what needs to be done.

Oil change and timing belt

I didn't expect to change the timing belt, but it was time, so did it. Thanks for the loaner car. Dave walked me through the options.
