Fast Service. Excellent Advisor.

I had my scheduled service as well as their Platinum Reconditioning of my Acura MDX. When they say Platinum, the result is really Platinum! A+++. So pristine. Service was fast and easy. David Hansen was my Service Advisor. He did not only take care of my car but took excellent care of me as well. He made sure that I got the necessary updates and gave me calls to keep me posted. The Acura crew in Framingham were truly service-oriented. They really strive to achieve outstanding customer care!

Excellent customer care.

This is my second new car purchase from these guys and sole reason for that is their customer care. From the moment you walk-in to the time they hand you back your keys, absolute professionalism by the team. Never late, always keeping you informed at every step of the service plus the waiting area is comfortable to work (superfast Wi-Fi), watch TV or just enjoy the snacks and Starbucks coffee! Can't rate them highly enough.

Wonderful people

I just think the folks in service department are really wonderful. They take the time to explain things thoroughly and appropriately set expectations. I came in for a standard service but had a few other things I wanted them to check out and they took care of it with no issue. I felt valued as a customer.

One word to describe my experience, Outstanding!

One would expect high end service when purchasing a high end automobile but the service department at Herb Connolly continues to exceed my expectations. Quality work, deliver sooner than expected and found the part replacing was covered in my extended warrantee so the cost was just my deductible.

I brought my car in for service and the experience was excellent. Jake was clear about what needed to be done and then reviewed what was found in a clear manner as well. Professional , helpful and cordial -- a nice combination.

Very good all around.

Very much appreciated. Your staff who handled my issues was helpful and professional. Jake did a wonderful job in service. I usually service with Boston Acura but now come to Framingham. I look for the best value when I service so appreciate any spcials.

Excellent Experience -Happy Repeat Customer!

I recently leased an ILX, my fourth Acura vehicle. I worked with Dennis Murray who is extremely knowledgeable and customer focused. He was able to secure the vehicle of my choice within my price range. Dennis kept me informed every step of the way, did a thorough job orienting me to the car, and timely follow up after I took delivery of the car, securing the registration and inspection sticker. The entire team at the dealership is always friendly and service oriented. I am a happy repeat customer and I continually refer people to dealership and especially to Dennis, so family and friends can have a pleasant and successful experience looking for a new car.

Awesome

They took my car in at the end of the day on Monday, diagnosed it, and had it ready for me by Tuesday afternoon. They also gave me a free loaner car which was great!

Oil Change

I made an appointment for an oil change. They booked the appointment within 1 hour and sent an email confirmation. The oil change was fine. They made a few recommendations for other service items after review but did not push or oversell. The 2 service people that I dealt with were excellent.
