Jimmy Goon is a well versed sales consultant in both product knowledge and customer relations. I have been in the retail and wholesale auto business for 35 years and as far as sales consultants are concerned Jimmy is an example of how a professional should manage the sale. Subsequently, my wife took the TSX to the service department to obtain an inspection sticker, she was very happy with the service personnel. Jimmy, at that time also went the extra mile to make sure she received everything she needed and followed up to answer any questions regarding the Acura. As a rule Acura dealerships are quality no-nonsense, no pressure dealerships. The Herb Connolly Auto Group and its salesman, Jason Macedo, are stellar examples of this fine approach to car sales. From the moment of first contact Jason and the folks at Connoly were friendly and helpful. It was immediately apparent that Jason was not solely interested in making a sale, but in making sure that I, the customer, was well served and that my auto needs were met. Jason has a fine command of his product at this finger tips. At all times he was willing to invest as much time as I needed to have my questions answered. While this is not my first Acura, it is my first from the Connolly Group. I appreciate the ease of this transaction and the helpfulness of all at Connolly. Because of Jason I am sure that my continued relationship with this dealership will be professional and pleasant and will extend to many more RL's in the future.

I call dealership with a question on a car I was looking...

I call dealership with a question on a car I was looking for. Jimmy took a call and was able to answer all my question and even to reserve a very last car on a lot that matched my request for me to have a drive test. Jimmy is a very knowledgeable and easy going salesman. He took off all the stress of a sale process and make this experience as smooth as possible. I am definitely recommend Jimmy and his dealership to others. Yaro.

My wife & I visited the dealership on a weeknight and...

My wife & I visited the dealership on a weeknight and Met Jeff. He was very friendly, very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable as we test drove the car we were interested in. He gave us some good insights into the dealership and when we returned from the test drive he did not rush us or pressure us in any way. We went through as pleasant a negotiation as you can and he was an advocate for us when dealing with his manager. When we returned to pick up the car the following Saturday Jeff spent a great deal of time with us going over the features and making sure we were comfortable before we drove off the lot. This has been the most enjoyable (seems strange to be using that word) car transaction we have ever gone through and it was definitely because of the quality of the people at Herb Connolly and especially Jeff.

I've been to a few use car dealers and a few Acura...

I've been to a few use car dealers and a few Acura dealers before I went to Herb Connelly. Jason was the first sale person who actually spoke and explained features during the test drive and how it differs from previous model. He was very knowledgeable about my 2011 Acura MDX and instead of taking the car for a test drive through a regular boring highway run he took me through the back roads where I can get a feel for regular everyday driving. Jason was able to answer my questions regarding the vehicle without hesitations, I'm surprised how well he knew his products. Great job Jason! Brian is the easiest no pressure Sales Manager you can deal with, he remained calm and friendly no matter how tough the negotiation got regarding the price of the new vehicle and for the price of my trade in. We exchanged quite a few emails and he answered all of them very quickly, almost instantly. At other dealers they would try to play games and when I was about to walk is when they offer the best prices. Brian was ready to deal. Vehicle pickup was on time, all paper was processed through the dealership with no issues, payoff for my trade was processed in a few days. This is a way ALL BUSINESSES should be ran, fast, friendly, and efficient. Herb Connelly Acura has gained a lifetime customer. After I told my friend who just leased his Acura from another dealership about the professionalism I received from Herb Connelly his next lease will be with them. He now sports the Herb Connelly Acura Keychain. Thanks Brian and Jason! I'll see you during my first service.

Our salesman was very responsive and accommodating. Sales process/negotiations were reasonable and fair. This is the second time I have purchased a new car from Herb Connolly and both times I was very satisfied. Their service department is equally good- very well run, appointments are always on time and the car returned within the time promised. They seem to really "get" customer service.

I am buying third Acura from Herb Connolly Acura dealer because of their competitive pricing, professional and very knowlegeable staff, as well as overall great experience while buying a car. I just purchased a new MDX at Herb Connelly Acura and I had a great experience. Jimmy was really nice. He did not judge me or look down on me as is the case when you go to other dealerships. He was very calm and patient with me.He did not push or rush me into making my decision.Jennifer was also very nice. she also did not judge me, she work with me on a payment i could afford. I just want to say that it was a pleasure for me to be treated like a real person and not like joke as I've been looked at at many dealership. I would highly recommand Herb Connelly Acura to anybody looking for a car because they are different, they are great, specially Jimmy!

Both Brian and Jimmy were extremely service oriented and attentive to my needs as a key customer. They gave me their full focus and did all they could to provide the best service possible. Also they followed up in many ways once I drove my new MDX off the lot. Thank you guys.
