There was a pricing issue that came up — caused by a computer glitch — and at first, it was frustrating. But what really stood out was how the dealership handled it. Alex and Edward were respectful and kind to my wife throughout the entire process. When the pricing error was brought to their attention, they didn’t make excuses — they owned it. They held themselves accountable and worked with us to make it right. That kind of integrity goes a long way. Plenty of places talk about good customer service, but these guys followed through when it counted. My wife found the vehicle and I called the same day. I was able to place a deposit on the vehicle to hold it. Was at the shop first thing Saturday morning and the car was ready for me to test drive. Everyone at the dealership was very nice. They were not pushy or trying to force me into a purchase. They seemed to treat every customer in the same professional manner. The representative helping me, Will, was on the ball and explained everything for me.

They were great! Best service imaginable. I highly recommend and am telling everyone I know. Took 90 minutes from walking in to leave with a check for more than expected. There was NO sales pressure even though I was not buying a replacement car. If they were a public company, I would invest They real understand the business and make it so easy. I will buy my next car from them. Just do it!

The salesman & assistants to complete sales were very helpful, though time was very consuming & labor some…computer issues, etc.

Very friendly and professional staff. The office is clean and well maintained. The associates greet you with a smile and help you get signed in, which is a very efficient process. They were able to have all of the paperwork and cut a check in about 45 minutes. If you ate looking to sell your vehicle, I highly reccomend This Car.

I’d like to start off by thanking Edward he was a pleasure to work with and made my process of buying a new vehicle much smoother. This place is beautiful and everyone is so kind they were sweet to my kids too. My first time purchasing online and it was so worth it. I usually stay at car dealerships for 4-5hrs but not here after I got there 30 mins later or truthfully less I was already out the door. Grateful for this experience and I’m in love with my car!
