Richard at the Woodlands location was outstanding!!! He quickly went right into explaining how the process works and handled everything smoothly. I highly recommend this place, even above CarMax or even Carvana. I checked before coming to this place. The offer here was significantly better!

This place is full of arrogant managers, including Geo, that could care less about the experience of their customers. I came and got an appraisal. Later that day, I contacted the rep to schedule a time to make the sale giving him an hours advanced notice. I arrived and waited 35 minutes to start the paperwork. I was there an hour and a half to sell a vehicle that had already been appraised and sales price agreed. Also be aware of the paperwork. Thiscar wants you to cover any liability resulting from Thiscar test driving your car - should be the other way around. If they kill someone or damage your car, thiscar should be responsible - not you! Would recommend others choose a more organized, honest and respectful company to deal with.

The young man that assisted us was very helpful and patient. I did not like the way that they over charge over the book value.

Overall painless process. Our salesman, Ricky had the vehicle waiting on my arrival, took my test drive and made my purchase. I was pre approved for financing from my bank, so I can’t speak to that but overall, the whole process was very smooth.

Mike the CEO was such a military friendly person, him and Giovanni both made sure I did not leave the office until I was happy! Thank you!
