Drove 200+ miles to test drive vehicle with pre-approval and check in hand and letter from bank. After driving and inspecting the vehicle, paperwork was begun, and we were sent to financing. Salesman wasn’t aware they wouldn’t take outside financing nor a personal check. Finance guy said he could probably get us a similar deal if we financed through him. What a waste of our time. Salesperson did call about fifteen minutes after we left to offer delivery and apologize. No deal. And won’t be using them for a vehicle. Don’t know if online buying would be better, but we wanted to see and drive the vehicle before purchasing. Very frustrating.
