Friendly, patient and efficient made a Great experience.

Katherine Stahl was my first friendly introduction to the dealership. My Salesperson ( Peter Jozsa ) was not pushy, and had a lot of patience while I was making decisions. The Accounts team (Tony Delgado) was friendly, efficient, and explained pricing and options clearly.

Tire warranty

I went in for tire warranty and they took care of it no worries, the Tampa store wanted me to buy a new tire I didn't like that 30000 miles plus I paid for the tire and rim extra warranty

No complaints!

Efficient, speedy and friendly sum it up. I work overnight and had a mechanical emergency on the way home at 7am.Took my car straight here and was greeted as soon as they opened. I went home and was texted almost immediately with updates. I sent back my thanks and slept all day while my car was fixed. Travis was very friendly and attentive. The cars been back to perfect ever since! Thanks to wichever mechanic worked on it for me!

Professional and friendly.

Very professional and friendly. Love this dealership. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeablable. Would highly recommend this dealership for purchasing and service. They also provide coffee, tea, water, and doughnuts.

Not up to standard

The service department does not have enough real estate to operate. My wife asked when she should change her engine oil. One employee told me 5000 miles, another told her not more than 7300, yet another provided a range between 3750 to 5000. There were two employees speaking negatively about a patron in front of other patrons. The coffee machine produces terrible tasting beverages. I purchased two vehicles from here in a month, but I will not service the vehicles here because of her experience. I have a free first service on my vehicle that consists of an oil change and tire rotation, but I'd rather pay another dealer to service my vehicle. I hope they utilize this as a teaching moment. -Dissapointed consumer

Very Satisfied

Came in for an oil change and clicking noise from dash. Harry was my service person. He kept me informed on the progress of my visit. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. Harry is definitely an asset to your company.

Routine Service

Very friendly and knowledgeable service staff. Explain everything upfront. Also very professional and courteous. Wait time was not very long and the waiting area was comfortable

Wonderful Experience

I set up an appointment with Friendly Kia on a reccomandation by a friend. Bill Sizemore was my salesperson. I really wanted a Kia Soul and that is what he started working on for me. After back and forth I drove home in my brand new Kia Soul, just what I wanted. I will tell you that I had been to other dealers and Friendly's was a fun, pleasant experience. It was so important to them getting me exactly what i wanted within my price range and it all worked out.
