Have all type of insurance and they dint cover any of them or made responsible. Manager couldn?t give me an answer said that is not his problem , and the seller as well .

All I wanted was an oil change and tire rotation.

All I wanted was an oil change and tire rotation. I had an appointment. I arrived about 10 minutes early. I let them know I was waiting for my vehicle. After an hour of waiting I went to check on the status and was COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED & FRUSTRATED to find that my vehicle hadn’t been touched yet and that there were still 3 cars ahead of mine. I FINALLY drove off about 3 hours after my arrival. I WILL NOT be returning to Beck & Masten for any type of service. I prefer to drive to 3x distance to Gay Buick…they ALWAYS provide great service & deliver in a timely manner.
