!!! WARNING !!! !!! BAIT AND SWITCH !!! Don Carlton Acura was amazing, Grubb's Acura does not continue that way of doing business. After my family and myself being customers for a decade we'll never be back I contacted Grubb's about test driving a vehicle that I saw on Cars.com and their website advertised at $23,500. After letting them know I was over an hour out they invited me to come test drive the car. We arrived and test drove the car and decided we'd like to move forward with our purchase. This is when the price sheet was presented to us with $5,928 in dealer add-ons that were not disclosed in our phone call. They advertised a good fair price, but that was never the price they were selling the vehicle for. In addition to the insulting bait and switch scam they also severely undervalued my trade in, I traded it in later that day for $28k, $5k over what they offered. When presented with the price I was no longer interested in the car and asked for my keys and to leave. The salesman grabbed their finance manager in a last ditch effort to get our business. The finance manager became confrontational and insulted us. At that point we left. The GM called but only tried to convince me that these dealer add-ons are normal and to get over it. Went to Ferguson Superstore immediately after and purchased a car for less than the price they were advertising with no dealer add-ons.

Rayana was Great.

Rayana was Great. I am a 71 yr old lady and Rayana brought the tesla to my home had me sign the paper work. Great service. The sales manager Jason was also great, he arrange everything. I am a customer For Life.....

I went to Grubbs to get an used Acura,but it wasn’t the right fit.. Rayana asked if I would like to look at another car in my price range. She offered a Used Lexus and I purchased it. Rayana is a. Sweetheart and everyone was kind and no pressure from the moment I walked in the door to the time I left with my car.

Thank you Gio and Hunter for taking great care of us! Buying a new car, can be stressful , but you made it a good experience.Then I get 2 little dents just in 4 days (due to a trash can). Al and Eric made sure they were fixed, Thank you so much, what a relief!

I have been an owner of several Acura cars over 30 years. When Grubbs purchased the dealership, I was very disappointed in having to go through the Dallasofficeto reach the Tulsaoffice. I hated it and let them know.

Customer service at its best.

Customer service at its best. Throughout the purchase process the sales consultant listen and guided us to the best deal and ultimately the exact car we wanted.
