Anthony did a great job.

Anthony did a great job. I wasn't looking to take home a vehicle that day but I did. Anthony was very considerate and will only get better with time.

Was just coming in to test drive and drove off the lot

Was just coming in to test drive and drove off the lot with my brand new car! Wes wasn't pushy and worked with us to meet our goals. The car was just as described and couldn't be happier.

Disappointed in my service and the management response to

Disappointed in my service and the management response to my issue. Took my car in for oil and transmission oil change. They called and said air need a few more services, which I agreed to. Bill was over $1000. Once I picked up bill and started going over it, realized that most of my services were on sale and their invoice did not reflect any of them. Was over charged by over $100. Tried calling, emailing and texting. Had one response, but they still have not gotten back to me with resolution, or given me a refund. Very disappointing, this was my first visit.

Grubbs charges $1400 for a mandatory protection plan and then refuses to honor any of it. This dealership and their employees could not be more unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and buy from anywhere other than here. It was a problem from the very start.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND - was promised a minimum of 6 times that my sales tax would be paid, didnt deliver on that promise and in fact are expecting me to pay MORE than the original proposed offer - 3 step dealer prep was NOT complete but i still had to pay $3500 for it. no talk of reimbursement for the new windshield wipers i purchased (mine were completely missing) or the busted windshield i will have to replace. i was promised the windshield would be taken care of but i have now asked multiple times to tell me when i could have that work done with ZERO follow up. car was also not detailed upon delivery (still had dog hair from the previous owners, trash was left inside, and a spot left on the seat that wiped right off. they didnt even try), fluids were not filled like a reputable mechanic would have made sure of, no telling what else was missed. - no follow up when promised, saying they dont believe that sales tax was discussed even though i have witnesses and information that i wouldnt have otherwise known, had it not been discussed. scammed me out of over $6000. shady dealer and will not be back.

I still have yet to hear from this dealer in regards to replacing my windshield. Since purchase, I have had an oil change and the filter was clearly never checked which furthers my assumption that this vehicle never went through a proper maintenance inspection which I paid $3500 for. I’ve replaced cabin air filter, oil filter, purchased windshield wipers which were completely missing.

My experience with Hunter Pittman was excellent.

My experience with Hunter Pittman was excellent. We found him to be an intelligent and professional young man. Hunter worked with us to get a deal that worked for us on our 2019 Dodge Challenger TA 392 (Scat Pack). He also did an excellent job of explaining the LoJack theft protection, a service we added to our Challenger. I would highly recommend Hunter to my friends and family and feel that he has a very bright future! Thanks, Mike and Mary Ayres
