One of the best service I ever received! They worked with me from the beginning with very kindly service and through the end! They even delivered even their after hours! I definitely highly recommend them! Super amazing! I been recommending it to others and just hands down best dealership ever!

Fantastic customer service!

Fantastic customer service! Car we chose was priced right and it was delivered to us - and we live three hours away from the dealership! I could not get the review to change from Cadillac. We purchased a Chevy Tahoe LY.

Poor customer service skills, they only care about the

Poor customer service skills, they only care about the sale, not the customer satisfaction. I will not buy a car or truck from Coastal Chevrolet.

If you want to have the worst car service experience

If you want to have the worst car service experience ever, this is the place! Service advisor hung up on my when I called at 2:30 to ask why my car was not only not ready by 2:00 when they had promised it would be, but they had not ever started working on it. When I called back I was put on hold for over 30 minutes, could not get anyone on the line to find out when I could get my car back since they were supposed to pick me up. I had to get a ride from a neighbor to get back to the dealership to get my car. Just terrible!
