Can’t say enough about Julian Perez. He once again was wonderful and took care of my Outback. He kept me inform and worked quickly to make sure everything was perfect. I appreciate his professionalism and time he took to explain things to me about my car. He’s an asset to Subaru.

The service was completed in a timely manner and Julian is very nice. However, when I went to pick up my vehicle because the service team said it was ready, I had to wait around for about 30 minutes to get my vehicle which felt inefficient.
