I was disappointed that even though I had an appointment...

I was disappointed that even though I had an appointment weeks in advance and the service department knew I would need a loaner car, all the loaner cars were given out and I had to wait nearly 40 minutes to receive a rental car that smelled badly. Although the service staff was friendly, they were not organized and I was frustrated to have to be shuttled to a rental car service, sign paperwork there, and hand over my credit card! This was not the service I was expecting after just buying a brand new car.

This is my first time at the dealership and it was a pleasant experience. The service department looked like they know how to work efficiently. I was taken care of in a timely manner by Erik once it was my turn, he was helpful in getting my car serviced.

Would have been five stars except I had to wait an hour...

Would have been five stars except I had to wait an hour longer than what was stated on my work order. When I finally went to ask when it would be ready it turns out they had already finished but hadn’t contacted me.

Have always brought my car here from day one for...

Have always brought my car here from day one for service..service always great..BUT this time it was not.asked for an oil change tire rotation and 2 new front window wiper blades...3 hours later I got my car ..oil change done no tire rotation and 3 wiper blades!! I told them and they apologized and went and got my old wiper blade from the trash and put it back on...really??!!! Told me tires were still okay with out rotation...they could have at least just given me the extra blade at no charge for the inconvenience!! 2 days later I went to discount tires and got my tires rotated and found I also had a nail in one of them...so this is why I am disappointed in your service this time!!! Not sure of the last person I talked to but I’m checking William c

Our experience was as good as it could have been.

This is the second Subaru we have purchased. The test drive was a very pleasant experience. The dealership had an ample supply of inventory to allow us to pick a car we wanted. The salesman, Jim, was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in facilitating the trade in and in giving us an orientation with all the new features of the car. He offered to revisit any concerns that might arise later at any time.

The collision center returned my car in beautiful...

The collision center returned my car in beautiful condition; even though, it did take forever due to holidays and insurance blips. Jeremy was always pleasant to talk to. Bobby in service is also a good guy at this dealership. The finance people are rude.
