Insultingly overpriced. I also explained to 3 different people what was wrong with my car, kept calling all day to see if they had an update and they just said that they’d call me back. At the end of the day I got a call from a service advisor asking me what was wrong with the car, so clearly there was no communication within the team, as he was the fourth person I had to explain it to. He said they were really busy and he wouldn’t get to working on it until next week. He then said it would be $165 to read the code to tell me what was wrong, which is absolutely ridiculous. I ended up taking it to Cali Auto and they read the code for free (as a lot of places do) and explained what was wrong with the car within minutes and got the job done by the end of the day. I will never go here again. I also recommend Mossy VW in Escondido, if you need service at a dealership. They’re super nice and helpful there!

Brandon and the rest of the staff did a great job of keeping me informed if the repair status of my vehicle. They’re always friendly and accommodating.

Brandi set us up with a good deal, but Terry was great finding us two cars we wanted and getting us the best deal on both. He worked with us to make the tough choice.

Zach is the guy. Every time I come for servicing and he is there I am assured everything will be taken care and he will let me know as soon as it’s done. A joy dealing with Zach.

I'm very happy to continue visiting Bob Baker to get my Subaru serviced. Even though it's over 10 years old, I would rather go here than try to find a private service center. Zach is always helpful and knowledgeable, and explains things at a level that makes sense to me and helps me make the best decisions for my car.

Service was good and prompt, status update was efficient. However, the car wash wasn’t done well. Inside wasn’t clean. The outside window had streaks but glad it was rewashed and taken care of.

Wonderful service and Will, who helped me was very professional and accommodating. Only thing is for the amount of money I spent on my service I would appreciated that my car was vacuumed as I had requested. Aside from that. Great service.

Had a great experience at Bob Baker VW Subaru. We looked for a new car at 15 separate dealerships, including another Subaru Dealer. The attention and service we received from All of the staff was top notch and made us feel comfortable moving forward with the purchase of our new car

My experience with the service department at Bob Baker Subaru was great. It was courteous, friendly and prompt. My vehicle was ready earlier than promised. I will definitely return for my next service.
