I had an awesome experience shopping for a new car at Bob Baker. Alex Clements is a true professional with great people skills. Although I was not ready to purchase the vehicle that evening, I will definitely return to Baker make the purchase because of my experience with Alex. Alex is the type of employee who earned my respect and trust, which translate to loyalty. I wish Alex the best of luck and hope the dealership realizes what an asset he is.

I first contacted Paul after seeing a used Santa Fe at Bob Baker VW dealership a couple weeks ago. He was able to answer all my questions before we decided to visit the dealership. We did most of our contact through phone due to the fact that we are 2 hours drive from the dealership. When we dicided to visit the dealership and meet with Paul this past weekend, we found Paul to be very friendly, helpful, respectful, and responsive to our question. I had a wonderful experience during my visit. I highly recommended Paul to anyone who is interested in visiting this derlership.

I had a very specific car in mind and was disappointed in the selection the dealers in Orange County had to offer. Bob Baker not only had the exact car I was looking for, they had several for me to choose from. He was knowledgeable about the cars, very patient and the whole experience can best be described as buying a car from your favorite Uncle! I purchased two cars from Jim, one for my son and another for my wife. I was so impressed with my son’s model that about six months later, I returned, found Jim and bought myself one. When the time comes, we will all return to this dealership, find Jim again and start the process over. There is just no point in going anywhere else or trying to find a better Sales Rep to help you, they are both in Carlsbad waiting for you.
