AutoNation Subaru Carlsbad

Recently went car shopping with my college age son. He had his heart set on pickup truck. I talked him into looking at a Crosstrek at Bob Baker Subaru in Carlsbad. While there, we met a delightful salesman named Yong Shin. He was very polite and answered all our questions thoroughly. (He also wasn't too pushy which was refreshing!). He took us to two separate lots to find the car we wanted. He took us through all the paperwork expertly and got us an EXCELLENT deal. While we were waiting for the finance dept. he even offered us his subway sandwich. (He heard us say we were hungry : ) ). If you're looking for a car, not only would I recommend a Subaru (we have 2) I'd recommend you go see Yong Shin at Bob Baker in Carlsbad.

I had a great experience at Bob baker VW, I worked with Eddie who really listened to me, and gave me great information and was very professional and friendly. He understood that I was nervous about picking and buying a car and treated me well, not like I was wasting his time, which is what I have experienced at other dealerships! Brought my 2005 Outback in for service, she was a little tired after 10 years, but ended up driving out with a brand new 2015 Outback! Rich made the whole process easy and gave us a great deal on the car, plus the trade in. Will not hesitate to recommend Rich and the dealership to anyone!

My wife and I had been shopping around for a while, and Oscar was by far the best salesman. He was friendly, helpful and personable without applying any pressure. When we were ready to buy, we made sure he was working because we only wanted to deal with him. The final stages of negotiation were equally easy, and we heartily recommend him to all prospective buyers.

I came in to learn specifics on a certain lease tonight and Oscar was eager and willing to help me out with my rather "complicated" situation. He spent time with me, took me on 2 test drives and gave me all the information I asked for even though it was late in the evening. I have had plenty of experiences with car salesmen (both positive and negative) and Oscar definitely kept my interests and needs as his first priority which was not only apparent in his professionalism, but his friendly personality as well.
