Purchased a car for my daughter. She knew exactly what she wanted. I tried all the dealership closer to my town that I lived by. I worked my way to Carlsbad. Paul found & got us the exact car she had hoped for @ the price we had in mind. But it didn't stop with that, he got it delivered to us 500 miles away. It was perfect when it made it to Manteca. Bill Toolen helped me find the perfect Forester at an excellent price. The car is great...gas mileage is 38 mpg on the freeway on a 6 hour trip and around 28 around town. Billy was very knowledgeable about the Forester...he has one, too! He helped me pick out the best accessories (not that it needed many since the Limited comes standard with lots of goodies). He has called several times to follow up and make sure everything is going ok. I've never had a car dealer salesman follow up with me. Be sure to ask for Billy!

Bill Toolen at the VW side of Bob Baker was able to get me an outstanding deal on a 2014 VW Beetle Convertible for my wife. From the receptionist to the finance manager just perfect. Bill really was the best though, everything was done quickly and I was out the door in less then two hours with the exact car my wife wanted at exactly the price I was quoted. No muss, no fuss and he did exactly what needed to be done to keep things moving. Car was detailed as we were writing up the deal, finance contract was exactly what we discussed. Could not be happier. Most honest and transparent car deal I have had in the last couple years, cannot recommend these guys highly enough. I will be back for a Subaru STI, from Bill, in the next 6 months and again to lease another VW for my sister they were that good.
